About Calvin Onilla

Hello, hello, hello!

I'm Calvin Onilla, The Social Realtor.

I've been in real estate since 2011, and time sure does fly. While I am certainly social some days, my love and passion are in building close relationships with my clients. Every transaction is different and requires specific attention, and that's what I bring to the table.

I am a person who works from the heart. I care for all my clients as I do my family. I believe that all Realtors should approach their business in this way, because real estate is your hard-earned money. It is your livelihood. You deserve the best.

I am a mathematician and businessman, by education. So I can be somewhat analytical, but also results driven. I started my business in Toronto, and have worked all over the GTA. At this point, I'd consider myself a relocation specialist.

Being "Social" to me means many things, but i'd like to say that at this stage of my career it means that I'm approachable. My business is highly referral based, which means people who work with me, love the results. I help people of all ages buy and sell residential real estate, but there is no question you should refrain from asking me. Here or far, let's chat. I love meeting people and discussing.
