Welcome! I'm Joanna Craig, Social Real Estate Group's Client Care Manager. I've been in the real estate industry since 2005, holding various roles from receptionist to administrative office manager. 

As Client Care Manager, I offer dedicated support to our team of award-winning real estate professionals. I strive to ensure our clients receive exceptional service throughout every step of their real estate journey. 

My attention to detail and engagement with clients are both a passion and a natural strength of mine; I work to provide a positive and seamless experience for all. I enjoy the fast-paced workday that real estate offers; there's never a dull moment and always an opportunity to learn.

In my off time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and cheering on my two boys as they pursue their hockey dreams.
